Rules

• Complete a dental hygiene visit with no cavities and receive 1 surprise gift .
• Demonstrate excellent oral hygiene (minimal plaque, demonstrate proper brushing and flossing technique) and receive 1 surprise gift..
• Up to 2 surprise gift can be received per visit and even if you have a cavity but demonstrate excellent oral hygiene you still make get a surprise gift!
