Porcelain  Veneers / Laminates

Porcelain Veneers are wafer-thin shells of porcelain which are bonded to front side of the teeth. They provide an instant rejuvenation for the cosmetic appearance of teeth since they improve their colour, shape, surface, position and length.  Porcelain Veneers can be used individually on only one tooth, many teeth, or can be used to enhance an entire smile.
In our practice we utilize Empress/ E-max Pressed Porcelain Veneer Technology to create very accurately fitting Porcelain Veneers. They are very strong when bonded to teeth and very natural in appearance. Once bonded, Porcelain Veneers become the outer facing of the tooth.  The veneers are handcrafted combining artistry and science to whiten severely discolored teeth, close gaps, align crowded teeth or even reposition protruding teeth.  Porcelain Veneers can give an 'Instant Orthodontic Straightening Effect' without the need for braces

 Procedure

The treatment takes three appointments.
During the first visit, teeth are prepped by removing a thin layer of enamel .Impressions are made and sent to high end dental laboratory where an experienced ceramist handcrafts the veneers. Temporary veneers are made by the dentists
During the second visit, the veneers are tried in the patient’s mouth and the desired changes are made with patient’s approval.
During the third visit, final placement of the veneers are done .
